Independence

The sector data, cluster analysis and policy material on this site are researched from UK Government publications and primary industry sources. No commercial arrangement can alter a figure, add a company to an analysis, or change how the sector is described.

Commercial relationships are never a condition of being written about, and being written about is never a condition of a commercial relationship.

What is paid for and what is not

Appointments, event entries, announcements and partnerships may be paid placements. Where an item has been paid for, that is stated on the item itself.

Some events and developments are listed editorially because they matter to the UK sector. Editorial listings are never for sale, and declining to pay never removes an organisation from editorial coverage.

Review before publication

Nothing submitted through this site is published automatically. Every submission is read by hand, checked for factual consistency and either accepted, returned for clarification, or declined. Acceptance is at our discretion and publication is not an endorsement.

Announcements are edited for accuracy and tone. Unsubstantiated superlatives, competitor comparisons and promotional claims that cannot be evidenced are removed or the submission is declined.

Links in paid placements

Outbound links inside paid placements are marked so that search engines do not treat them as editorial recommendations. This site does not sell links, guest posts or backlink packages, and enquiries of that kind are declined.

Corrections

If something published here is factually wrong, it is corrected and the correction is noted. Corrections are free, are never conditional on any commercial relationship, and can be requested through the contact page.

Data, invoicing and expiry

Submitted details are used only to assess and, if accepted, publish the placement and to invoice for it. Appointments run for 30 days unless a different period is agreed, and expire automatically. Event entries are held until the event has taken place. Announcements remain as dated permanent pages unless a factual reason to withdraw them arises.
