CS International was the 16th edition of a leading compound semiconductor industry conference, co-located with PIC International, Power Electronics International and Advanced Packaging International as part of AngelTech.
It brought together around 40 industry and academic speakers across themes including GaN power electronics, microLEDs, silicon carbide and ultra-wide bandgap materials, and is organised by the UK-headquartered publisher of Compound Semiconductor magazine.
