Company overview
EM Resist supplies lithography resists to research laboratories and device developers. Its range covers positive and negative tone electron-beam resists, including PMMA and HSQ, photoresists such as SU-8, and the developers, removers and high-purity solvents used with them. Materials are manufactured and quality-controlled in house, and a dedicated laboratory produces custom blends and bespoke formulations for specific patterning processes. It serves the nanofabrication stage of the supply chain rather than volume production.
