EpiValence, based at Redcar, develops, manufactures and supplies specialty chemicals, principally precursors for atomic layer deposition (ALD) and chemical vapour deposition (CVD) used to grow thin films in semiconductor and related manufacturing. It also supplies high-performance vessels (bubblers) that deliver these precursors to deposition tools. Work runs from research-scale synthesis through pilot to full-scale production, supported by in-house purification and analytical capability under ISO 9001.
