Company overview
Nexperia's Manchester fab at Hazel Grove, Stockport, is the group's dedicated TrenchMOS wafer fabrication site and the original home of its power MOSFETs. It runs 6-inch and 8-inch lines, with the 8-inch line producing NextPower 80V and 100V silicon MOSFETs since 2021, and the site has more than 50 years of semiconductor history under previous owners including Philips and NXP. Wafers are assembled and tested at the group's sites in Asia.
