Aldec's European office at Castle Hill House in Windsor supports the company's verification tools for FPGA and system-on-chip development. Aldec's flagship Riviera-PRO simulator provides mixed-language simulation with SystemVerilog and UVM support, assertions, code and functional coverage, and advanced debugging for semiconductor and FPGA design verification. The wider portfolio includes the Active-HDL simulator, HES emulation and prototyping hardware, and requirements-tracing tools used in safety-critical development. The Windsor office provides European sales and technical support for these products, serving semiconductor, aerospace, defence and automotive customers. Aldec is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, and has supplied design-verification tools since 1984; its UK presence gives European chip and FPGA teams local access to licences, training and applications engineering.
